Signing Ticket Return Policy

1. Tickets purchased online are eligible for a refund prior to the date of the event by contacting customerservice@sportsvaultshop.com.
2. Unused tickets will not be refunded after the event takes place.

Merchandise Return Policy

1. Sports Vault must receive any return within 30 days of the order date. Any item received after the 30 day period will be returned to sender.
2. To ensure and maintain the authenticity of all memorabilia, autographed merchandise and game-used memorabilia sales are final and these products cannot be returned. In addition, McFarlane figures, trading cards, single cards and trading card sets cannot be returned.
3. Gift Cards/Certificates are non-refundable.
4. Shipping and handling charges that were paid when having the product shipped to you will be refunded only when merchandise was damaged, defective, or shipped erroneously.
5. Products eligible for return can be returned through the mail for a refund or brought to a Sports Vault store for a store credit; items cannot be returned to a Sports Vault store for a refund.
6. If you have recerived a damaged, defective, or erroneously shipped item, please contact customerservice@sportsvaultshop.com and you will be provided with a return shipping label that you may use to send the item back to Sports Vault. We will not refund any other shipping costs that are used to return an item.
