Order Status and Tracking
You will receive two emails upon ordering from us. The first email is to let you know that we have received and are processing your order. The second email is to provide you with the tracking information for the shipment of your order.
Your order will either be sent through UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service. Once you receive the tracking number and shipping company information from us, you will be able to check the status of your order with the corresponding delivery method.
Change in Your Order Status
As soon as you receive a tracking number from your confirmation email, you will be able to track exactly where you shipment is and when it will arrive to you. When you login to your account, you will also be able to view all of your order details such as: shipping address, shipping method, and payment details.
You may receive your order in multiple packages. This may be a result of some of your merchandise coming from one of our store locations. All of your packages should reach you on the same day or within a few days of one another.
